I'm listening to the Notwist and writing my first post EVER. Actually, I think I had a blog once and it involved a lot of dreary, angsty musings on my high school self. People shouldn't have blogs in high school.
This blog is mostly going to be about music and books and...news? Gay news? Pop culture news? Entertainment Weekly is my homepage and afterellen.com is my second home tab so take that as you will.
I'm also going to Africa so I guess my posts will occassionally reflect my geographical location as well. As in, "Holy shit how do I have internet access and no fucking toilet paper?" It could be a really fun 17 weeks for us all. And, by us all, I mean me and the roughly two people who will follow this blog. (hopefully)
